The newly launched Hyundai Alcazar has a direct competitor in the Mahindra XUV500. Although the next XUV700 is about to be introduced in this segment as a replacement for the XUV500, the XUV500 is still currently on sale. The Mahindra XUV500 may be a bit old, but Mahindra has made sure that with the help of regular updates, it remains modern and feature rich. The Mahindra XUV500, on the other hand, has a bold front end with a chrome grille, fog light bezels, and projector headlights. The front also looks muscular due to the sculpted hood and LED daytime running lights and skid plates. When you go to the sides, the profile looks occupied with large 18-inch diamond alloys, chrome inserts on the side skin, prominent wheel arches, and chrome around the window line.
