The Sun can exclusively reveal that prior to his appearance on reality TV, the real estate investor was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In an incident report obtained from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Javonny was stopped by authorities during a traffic stop on February 8, 2017 while driving his white Mercedes.
The officer’s report read: âAs I approached the vehicle, I could smell the smell of raw cannabis emitted by the vehicle. “
Javonny asked the cop to search the car when asked if there was “something illegal in the vehicle”.
The officer found a “black grinder in the center console, which is commonly used as paraphernalia for grinding cannabis.”
The report continued: âInside the crusher, I located a green leafy substance. The green leafy substance weighed approximately 2.9 grams.
The substance has tested positive for cannabis.
Javonny was charged with possession of cannabis under 20 grams and possession of paraphernalia.
He received a notice to appear in court, but was not arrested.
In court records obtained by The Sun, Javonny pleaded not guilty to both counts against him.
The outcome of the case is Nolle Prosequi, which means he has not been prosecuted for the charges against him.
